Shipping Policy

Shipping terms are “Collect” from our warehouse in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipping of the items purchased. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will notify you via email and confirm the size of the shipment.  If you have any questions or wish to discuss shipping options, please contact us at sales@scandinaviantea.com.

Return Policy

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our teas by the “best before date” on the individual tea packages. Should you have any concerns about our product quality or packaging condition, please contact us at sales@scandinaviantea.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Please note that products must be unopened and in original packaging. If approved, a full refund will be issued for returns after receipt and inspection within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part.

Packaging

Our teas are sold either in full pallet quantities or in boxes of 6 individual tea packages (loose or pyramid teas). Each pallet contains only 1 type of tea (loose or pyramid) with only 1 blend. We do not offer mixed pallets at this time. Our pyramid tea pallets have a total of 900 units in 150 boxes. The pallet dimensions are 31.5 x 47.2 x 42.1. Our loose leaf tea pallets have a total of 864 units in 144 boxes. The pallet dimensions are 31.5 x 47.2 x 23.6. It is not recommended to stack pallets more than 2 high or put anything heavy on top of them.
